Protocol Education is working with friendly and supportive primary schools in Slough, and they’re on the lookout for Teaching Assistants to join their EYFS, KS1 or KS2 teams.
Big bonus if you’ve got SEN experience – your skills will be especially valued in supporting children with additional needs, helping them feel safe, confident, and ready to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils
2. Assisting with behaviour support, classroom organisation, and safeguarding
3. Making sure every child feels included and ready to shine

What We’re Looking For
4. Experience working with children (school or similar setting)
5. A caring, patient, and adaptable approach
6. Understanding of safeguarding and behaviour support
7. SEN experience (autism, ADHD, SEMH, EHCPs) – highly desirable
8. TA qualification, Thrive training, or First Aid (bonus but not essential)
