Office based - NE1 1JE
Salary - £28,750 - £40,950 + uncapped commission
Working hours:
Term time: 7:30 - 4:30/5:30
School holidays: Reduced hours, 8:30-3:30 approx
This is a senior recruitment position. Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role is required.

TeacherActive, a leading recruitment agency in the Education sector, is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant due to continued growth in Newcastle.
The Role of a Senior Recruitment Consultant:
1. Recruiting excellent teaching and learning support professionals for schools across your designated geographical area
2. Adhere to weekly targets and KPIs, set in conjunction with your manager
3. Marketing to generate an ongoing healthy pipeline of candidates and clients, using a combination of both traditional and digital methods
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
5. Leading from the front to develop business alongside your team
6. Briefing employees on current sales goals, campaigns, and other relevant information
7. Motivating the team to gain the highest possible outcomes through activity, whilst balancing wellbeing
8. Ensuring strict adherence to TeacherActive's compliance standards
9. Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure high levels of satisfaction and to act on feedback
10. Headhunting candidates for specialist teaching, eLearning, and leadership roles where required
11. Embodying TeacherActive's culture and company values
12. Adhering to high ethical and professional standards
13. Reflecting on your own performance to continually improve your knowledge, skills, and development
14. On-going positive contribution within the Leadership Development Group (LDG)
15. Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the education sector in order to maximize potential opportunities
Key skills required:
1. Previous recruitment experience
2. Proven track record of exceeding growth and GP targets
3. Ability to drive strong activity levels
4. Previous work within a high compliance sector
5. Strong customer service skills
6. A high standard of written and oral communication skills
7. Proactive work with central support teams
8. Outstanding organization skills and strong attention to detail
9. Intermediate computer skills
