The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between suppliers, transportation networks, warehouses, and distribution channels to optimise operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Transportation Coordination – Manage shipping methods, negotiate with carriers, and optimize delivery routes. Oversee distribution to ensure timely delivery of goods. Import & Export – Process daily shipments to our global customer base and provide clearance instructions for all inbound goods. Warehouse Operations – Ensure effective storage, handling, and inventory accuracy within the facility. Supplier Relationship Management – Manage the relationship with our logistics partner, resolving issues and leading Monthly and Quarterly Supplier meetings Performance Analysis – Monitor KPIs, analyse trends, and develop improvement strategies. Stakeholder Management – Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Ability to address inquiries and resolve issues related to shipping and delivery. Cost & Efficiency Optimization – Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high service standards, negotiating favourable rates with suppliers and carriers. Export Compliance – Ensure adherence to industry regulations, and company policies. Documentation & Classification – Oversee accurate classification of products, tariffs, alongside Trade Compliance. Record Keeping – Maintaining accurate records. Key requirements: Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in logistics software and data analysis tools.
