Overview
We specialise in NHS mental health and learning disability services. We are proud to make a difference every day. We put people first and support flexible working, lifelong learning and professional development. This opportunity is for a Registered Nurse to join us as Divisional Director of Nursing & Quality, based in the Brighton & Hove division. You will work as part of the Triumvirate leadership alongside the Managing Director and Clinical Director, and will be accountable for Quality (Safety, Effectiveness and Experience), driving a programme of improvement for Quality and Professional Standards. You will ensure high quality care is consistent with NMC and CQC fundamental standards, safeguarding principles, and our organisation’s vision, values and strategic objectives. You will contribute to ongoing transformation of services to deliver effective and efficient care pathways, using digital enablers that are fit for the future. If you have a patient-centred and just culture leadership approach, this could be the role for you.
We are shaping a workplace where ideas are encouraged, technology supports you and everyone has a voice in how we improve. If that sounds like the kind of organisation you want to be part of, we’d love to hear from you.
