Occupational Health Admin Support - Hybrid | Stevenage
We\u2019re seeking a proactive and organised Occupational Health Admin Support professional to join a defence company in Stevenage. This hybrid role offers flexibility (full-time or part-time) with 3 days onsite per week and an immediate start following BPSS clearance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the Occupational Health database (Cohort)
* Provide statistical analysis and reporting
* Support the OH Manager and team with administrative tasks including filing, tracking, and minute-taking
* Occasional travel to site for document scanning
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong IT proficiency (MS Office)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Experience in customer service and accurate minute-taking
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Team-oriented with a proactive approach
* Passionate about health and wellbeing
Qualifications
* Minimum A-levels with 5 GCSEs (grades A-C)
* Degree or BTEC in Business Administration (desirable)
* Previous OH admin experience (desirable)
