We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed apprentice to join our Family Hub. This is a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience while studying towards a Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship.

Joining Children’s Social Care at Cheshire East Council means becoming part of a progressive, supportive and forward-thinking team that is dedicated to make a difference of the lives of children and young people, by putting them first to help them become the very best version of themselves possible and building a brighter future.
About the role:
1. Work within Cheshire East’s Family Hubs, supporting children aged 0–19 (or up to 25 for young people with SEND).
2. Support families to receive timely and appropriate information tailored to their needs.
3. Collaborate with Family Hub teams to provide high-quality, integrated support services.
4. Contribute to the transformation of services following a recent redesign aimed at improving outcomes for families.
5. Gain hands-on experience in family support services while completing a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
6. Develop skills in communication, organisation, and customer service within a public service setting.
7. Receive mentoring and on-the-job training from experienced professionals in family and community services.
