within a quality restaurant
Opening
in Summer of 2025, this new restaurant will be in a prime location in Mayfair
and aims to elevate the seafood offering in London. Staying true to provenance
and with a keen focus on quality, it aims to deliver a memorable and
sophisticated dining experience. Featuring an open kitchen and a wood-fired
grill, it will offer a delectable selection of seafood and a raw bar on the
ground floor in addition to the 104 cover restaurant area, a cocktail bar, and
a 18 cover PDR on the lower level.
The Position
We are
looking for a high energy sommelier who has a sound understanding of the wine
making process and the wide variety of regions and grapes available. They will
apply their knowledge and experience to help in the creation of our wine lists
and to make informed recommendations on wine pairings to our guests.
This is for a full time position
If you can offer us the following, then we want to hear from
you:

Extensive wine knowledge with
recognised certification
·
Qualified to WSET Level 2 Minimum
·
Previous experience as a sommelier,
wine steward
·
A warm and engaging personality
with a keen eye for detail
·
An aptitude for food and flavours,
and a wide variety of regions and trends
