Hours: We have part-time positions available - 20 hours per week (6pm - 10pm, 5 days out of 7 days per week incl. weekends) and a full-time position available - 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7
The role
We are currently looking to recruit Housekeeping Assistants to ensure that all the Consulting rooms, waiting rooms, corridors and toilets in allocated areas are cleaned and maintained to the standard laid down by the Catering and Housekeeping Manager, carrying out effective cleaning of public areas, offices and clinical outlets in all London Clinic properties.

Key responsibilities
* To clean and prepare all consulting rooms, waiting rooms and ancillary areas, offices etc, departments, ensure correct amounts of cleaning materials is used
* After training, adhere to COSHH Regulations and the London Clinic Policy for colour coding for cleaning designated area including those for special/isolation cases
* To be familiar with and understand the Clinic's Policies and Procedures, specifically in relation to Fire and Manual Handling, Health and Safety at Work and to attend mandatory updates and completed assigned mandatory training
* In accordance with the Clinic's Data Protection Policies, it is the responsibility for Managers and staff to maintain the confidentiality of patient or employee records
Housekeeping Responsibilities
* Perform daily cleaning and sanitization tasks to maintain a tidy and hygienic environment.
* Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and linen as required.
Catering Support
* Assist in setting up and breaking down catering events
* Collaborate with catering staff to ensure timely and efficient service
* Assist in basic food preparation and service as needed
* Ensure dining areas are clean and well maintained
Porter Services
* Manage the transportation of goods and equipment within the facility
* Support in the organisation and storage of supplies
* Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations
Skills & Experience
* Good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
* Good standard/grasp of spoken English and be able to write basic English
* Previous experience in housekeeping, catering, porter services, or food service is a plus but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude
* Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols
