Overview Our US financial tech MSP client wishes to employ an ICT Infrastructure Support Analyst to contribute to the operation of their client's cloud, network, server, and security services. As an ICT Infrastructure Support Analyst, you'll resolve escalated tickets for their clients' IT infrastructure. This will include Windows, Emails, SharePoint, Exchange, Servers, Networks, WiFi, and providing support for cloud services (M365/Azure) etc. Requirements At least 5 years of IT support experience Time spent in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. Strong skills in Microsoft Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365 (M365/O365), Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, Defender, and endpoint protection. Experienced with tools like DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
