The role
Grow and manage a portfolio of B2B accounts. You'll spend most of your time visiting customers, prospecting, pricing, and coordinating with buying and operations.
What you'll do
* Win new business across a defined territory (butchers, restaurant groups, catering, manufacturing).
* Manage and grow existing accounts with planned call cycles and visit plans.
* Prepare quotes, agree pricing & margins, and negotiate supply terms.
* Maintain a healthy pipeline in the CRM; forecast sales and provide weekly reports.
* Monitor competitor activity and market pricing.
What you'll need
* Right to work in the UK.
* Proven UK meat sales experience.
* Full UK driving licence and regular travel across the region.
Pay & benefits
* Guaranteed base pay: hourly base paid at the UK National Minimum/Living Wage (age-appropriate).
* Commission: uncapped commission on gross margin (paid monthly).
* Mileage/vehicle allowance.
Hours & location
* Monday–Friday, Flexible hours. Field-based with regular customer visits; occasional early starts.
