Your role What you'll be doing What We Need As a 2nd Level Support Consultant, you will encounter a diverse role that will require you to become a business expert in everything within the software application. You will provide advice and expert problem solving to our existing and new customers and be their first point of contact for assistance. How We Work As a 2nd Level Support Consultant, you will join a fast-paced high performing team that works in a hybrid model based in Sheffield, UK. We will set you up for success by providing: • Company-issued equipment • Formal training Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: • Providing expert advice, problem solving, and support to new and existing customers using the business software applications • Management of software incidents and tickets, including replicating and documenting the incidents • Manage, facilitate, and liaise between the application users and development/technical IT teams • Working as a member of an agile sprint team, responsible for unit, regression, and user acceptance testing against new and existing features, as well as actively supporting new software releases • Working with new and existing customers to understand their requirements for the solutions and the best configuration for these requirements • Providing virtual or onsite user training and support for both new and existing customers, including working with a project manager on the implementation strategies/setup Qualifications & Skills • Ideal candidate would have previous experience in QA/UAT testing or supporting software solutions (2nd or 3rd line) • Any exposure to tools such as TFS/JIRA/SQL Studio would be advantageous, but not essential • Degree or similar education • Strong communication skills • A passion to help and provide solutions Benefits & Perks • Holiday entitlement: 25 days per annum 8 bank holidays • Additional leave: Option to buy or sell 5 days annual leave once a year during the annual benefits enrolment window • Pension: Minimum 3% employee contribution → up to 5% employer match from Corpay • Private Medical Insurance: Vitality plan with zero excess (we cover the £250 excess charge) • Benefits portal (Gratitudes): Flexible discounts and savings (e.g., 4–5% at major supermarkets) • LinkedIn Learning: Free, unlimited access to courses and learning paths Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer Corpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
