starting rate is: £12.21 per hour for those aged 21 and over (National Living Wage), £10.00 per hour for those aged 18-20, and £7.55 per hour for those under 18 and for apprentices.
Wage Enhancement is available for those who are fully trained, reliable, thorough, attention to detail and efficient.
Start and finish location: 1 Cardiff Road, Taffs Well, Cardiff, CF15 7RA
Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Working hours with variable finish times: 8:45am-4:00pm.
Including a 30 minute break each day. You will be given a 15 minute break in the morning and 15 mins in the afternoon.
Role and Responsibilities:
* We can increase your hours by offering you over time.
* Pay rate is age sensitive and depending on experience but meets and/or exceeds the National Minimum wage.
* You will be cleaning houses and offices in a team with a supervisor and other staff who will train you up to Ladybirds cleaning standards. Once fully trained you will have the opportunity to progress to a supervisor position if you are reliable, good eye for detail, team leader abilities and a good problem solver.
* We may also offer evenings and weekend work which is optional.
* We provide transport from our shop in Taffs Well. You will start and finish your working day here.
