Job Description
* Supervising daily operations of the Manufacturing department.
* Ensuring safety standards and procedures are adhered to.
* Implementing efficient processes and standards.
* Training, guiding and mentoring team members.
* Managing resources effectively to meet production targets.
* Collaborating with other departments to align objectives and strategies.
* Reporting on performance and progress.
Qualifications
* Experience of 5s Lean
* Preferably from a FMCG background
* Extensive knowledge of industrial/manufacturing processes and safety regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* An ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.

* Audit awareness with BRC or within food manufacturing.
