Are you the kind of person who can make a guest feel at home before theyve even put their bags down? We are looking for a charismatic, organised, and reliable Part-Time Receptionist to join our Front Office team and help create unforgettable stays in one of Europes most beautiful cities!
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the flexibility of a "2 days on, 5 days off" style schedule. As the face of our hotel, youll be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is seamless from check-in to check-out.
What you can expect
Guest Relations: Provide a warm welcome, handle check-ins/check-outs, and manage guest inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Reservations: Manage phone bookings and online reservation systems accurately.
Communication: Act as the central hub for the hotel, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and standards are met.
Financials: Process payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
Concierge Services: Offer expert local advice on dining, transport, and "must-see" attractions.
Working hours: 20h/week, 2 out of 7 days (8:00 AM 6:00 PM) + on-call duty same shift
What you bring along
Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or high-end customer service is preferred, but a "can-do" attitude is essential.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Property Management Systems (PMS) like Sihot (training provided).
Flexibility: Since this is a 2-day-a-week role, we need someone who is comfortable working weekends and bank holidays as part of their rotation.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English. A second language (especially German, Italian) is a huge plus!
Problem Solver: Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Pre-Settled or Settled status (Residence/work permit for UK )is mandatory
