We are seeking a Director of Estates and Facilities to take ownership of a diverse estate portfolio and lead the next stage of our estate’s strategy - ensuring our academies are not only safe and compliant, but modern, efficient and fit for the future. This is a high-profile leadership role with the scope to deliver meaningful change, drive long-term investment planning, and influence decision-making at the highest level of the Trust.
Role
* Lead the Trust-wide estates and facilities strategy, aligned to our long-term educational priorities
* Oversee a large, complex estate spanning over 64 academies across the North of England, ensuring consistently high standards in compliance, maintenance and operational delivery
* Take ownership of capital planning and delivery, including major projects and investment programmes
* Drive consistency, efficiency and value for money across all academies
* Lead a central team alongside site-based estates staff across the Trust
* Strengthen systems, processes and assurance frameworks across health & safety and compliance
* Act as a key strategic advisor on estates-related risk, opportunity and future development
