* Are educated to degree level and/or are CTA, ACA qualified (or equivalent).
* Have experience managing or supporting a manager with a significant client portfolio.
* Are confident in supervising, training, and mentoring others.
* Are keen to take on increasing responsibility, including managing projects of varying scale and complexity.
Your Role Includes:
* Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including overseeing WIP and billing processes.
* Advising on a broad range of tax matters, including complex UK tax computations, returns, and strategic restructuring.
* Identifying risks, technical issues, and business development opportunities while adhering to the firm's quality control procedures.
* Building strong, lasting relationships with clients, earning their trust and ensuring their confidence in the firm's services.
