Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kent for an Air Conditioning Engineer. The Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning, chiller, and ventilation systems. You will troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems, provide technical support to clients, and work closely with facility managers to deliver efficient solutions. This role also involves implementing innovative and sustainable technologies to optimize performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
* Hands-on experience in Building Maintenance and Building Services
* Knowledge of Facility Management (FM) and its principles
* Expertise in Maintenance & Repair within the HVAC or building services domain
* Familiarity with innovative and sustainable solutions in the HVAC space
* Strong problem-solving and technical diagnostic skills
* Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
* Relevant certifications or technical qualifications in HVAC or building services
