The Role
As a Lecturer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering engaging teaching across a range of business modules. You'll support students on campus, contribute to assessment and quality assurance, and be involved in scholarship and continuous curriculum improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials in line with curriculum standards
* Develop and update teaching materials and maintain digital learning platforms
* Set, assess, and provide feedback on student assignments and exams
* Support students academically and pastorally, including those with learning support needs
* Engage with quality assurance processes, contribute to module and programme evaluations
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes
* Lead modules and coordinate with associate lecturers where applicable
Essential
* A Master’s degree in a relevant business‑related field
* Experience teaching in Higher Education, with strong digital teaching capability
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of HE quality assurance and validation processes
* A flexible, student‑focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement
* Willingness to work towards HEA Fellowship (if not already held)
Desirable
* PhD (or near completion) or equivalent industry experience
* Research or enterprise activity involvement
* Teaching qualificationExperience leading modules or academic teams

Working Hours & Flexibility
* 40 hours per week (schedule may include evenings and weekends)
* Must be flexible to travel between our Wembley and Kingsbury campus locations
