This post is fixed term for 12 months to meet the needs of the service.

The post holder is responsible for the management and provision of community midwifery care within BCUHB. The Community Midwifery Locality Manager will manage the community teams located in West BCUHB Gwynedd South, and provide support to other teams as and when needed.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main Duties of the Job
Alongside the community leadership team, manage community midwifery service provision across BCUHB.
Lead on service improvements.
Liaise with other stakeholders/departments to ensure safe and smooth running of the community midwifery service.
