Job Description
The Residential Property Solicitor will be:
3. Managing a varied caseload of freehold/leasehold sales & purchases, remortgages, transfers - especially high-value or complex files
4. Taking on and developing existing client and referrer relationships, growing your network
5. Supervising and mentoring junior fee-earners and paralegals
6. Actively contributing to team business development initiatives and strategic objectives
The Successful Applicant
The successful Residential Property Solicitor should be:
7. A solicitor or equivalent with 1+ PQE in residential property
8. Experienced in high-net-worth or complex residential transactions
9. Technically strong, pragmatic, and client-focused
10. Able to manage a varied caseload independently
