The Role
The Purpose of the Role:
- Support current partnerships in our remit to provide the best level of performance across the agreed strategy.
- Meet new potential sponsors and partners at event activations and feedback into the programme about future opportunities
- Deploy marketing materials as per programme strategy and agreement to ensure the business is presented in the best possible way.
- Build a list of high performers to ensure we have great people available/ Induct and train new colleagues to get the most out of them for the programme, business and for individuals.
- Raise colleague welfare & safety at event activations as a key focus area. Comply with working time directives & break entitlements.
- Ensure myHR is kept updates & accurate to reflect the programmes expenditure. Placing emphasis on managing costs within this area.
- Utilising all team members ensure every colleague in the team is able to achieve their role through support, coaching, training & performance management.
- Managing logistics to ensure the most efficient plans are arranged, maximising own availability & utilising people in the best possible way.
- Responsible for the end-to-end organisation of their events, liaising with all appropriate 3rd parties both internally and externally.
- Responsible for the successful delivery of key business projects as directed by the strategy.
- Provide data, content, context and verbatim to the Wellness communities event coordinator at agreed intervals & as required ad hoc.
The Person
Key Requirements:
- Experience working in a fast-pace enviroment
- Balances a number of tasks & events in one time; effectively prioritising
- Experience working in a cross-functional role, liaising with stakeholders across multiple functions at all levels
- High standard and consistency of output.
- Delivering multiple project events at one time, effectively delegating to direct rapports
- Brilliant logistics & planning knowledge.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities to challenge and improve but understanding the impact of all stakeholders
- Microsoft Office - strong understanding of key MS applications, including Word and Excel
