Your role
As Head of Product Management, you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of a portfolio of high-impact learning products and services, including the CII’s Corporate Learning Management System (Assess), CPD Accreditation service, and training programmes. These offerings generate over £13m in revenue and are central to the CII’s commercial and strategic growth across UK and international markets.
You will manage internal teams and external partners to ensure these products remain competitive, scalable, and aligned with the CII’s Professional Map. With full P&L responsibility and a £5.2m budget, you’ll drive innovation, operational efficiency, and commercial performance across digital, face-to-face, and blended learning formats.
Your role will involve identifying new revenue opportunities, enhancing existing propositions, and leading the design and launch of client-specific programmes. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality, learner-focused solutions. You’ll also lead the bid and tender process, particularly for international opportunities.
As a senior leader, you’ll develop and motivate a multi-functional team, embed a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes. Your leadership will be key to transforming our learning offer, expanding our accreditation services, and ensuring our products deliver value to clients and impact for the profession.
