The Role
:
As a Conveyancer, you will be managing residential conveyancing caseloads efficiently, ensuring the safeguarding of interests for clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing residential property transactions with effective communication via phone and email.
2. Predicting monthly transaction completions, aligning with company standards for timeliness and cost-effectiveness.
3. Achieving personal and team objectives related to service quality, transaction volumes, and timelines.
4. Collaborating closely with team members and external partners to enhance client satisfaction and maintain business relationships.
Requirements:
5. Previously worked as a Conveyancer or in a similar role.
6. At least 3 years of experience in residential conveyancing including both leasehold and freehold transactions.
7. Understanding of land law and the complete conveyancing process.
8. Experience in managing personal caseloads, ideally in a volume conveyancing setting.
9. Commitment to achieving set KPIs and targets within a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
10. Skilled in using CMS systems and a proactive approach to embracing new technologies.
