A great opportunity for a Market & Consumer Insights Manager to join a global skincare and wellness brand.
This senior position will influence the insights into consumer behaviour, brand perception, and market trends, leading to more informed decision-making and improving the effectiveness of marketing strategies for their brand.

Responsibilities
1. Lead consumer research (qualitative and quantitative) to uncover meaningful insights
2. Analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor data
3. Deliver reports on campaign performance at regional and global levels
4. Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
5. Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment between brand positioning and consumer expectations
6. Promote a culture of insight-led decision-making across teams
7. Monitor and report on “Sell Out” brand performance in the market
8. Build and update dashboards tracking KPIs and consumer sentiment
9. Manage external insight suppliers and ad hoc studies
10. Support key meetings (e.g., Business Reviews, Brand Planning)
11. Conduct regular sales and market performance analysis
12. Lead insight initiatives for skincare and wellness projects globally
