Job Description
As the Rent Income Officer, you will:
* Manage rent collection and arrears processes
* Provide excellent customer service to tenants
* Work closely with other team members to ensure rent accounts are accurate
* Handle financial queries and provide payment solutions
* Assist with administrative tasks within the Secretarial & Business Support department
* Comply with all relevant financial regulations
* Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
* Assist in the preparation of rent statements and reports
The Successful Applicant
A successful Rent Income Officer should have:
* Understanding of financial regulations and rent collection processes
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
* Proven ability to work well in a team
* Experience in the Not For Profit sector is highly valued
