Role: Marketing Manager
Salary: £35,000-40,000, depending on experience
Location: Spinningfields, Manchester, M3
Working Schedule: 2x a week in office
Contract: Start ASAP
Counter, part of Northcoders Group PLC are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience creating successful B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels and audiences. You should have experience organising and running events, working closely with the sales team, creating strategic plans and be able to report on the success of the campaigns and results you have achieved. There will also be a requirement to support marketing activities for our Northcoders brand, so some experience in B2C marketing campaigns will be beneficial.

* CRM experience (Hubspot)
* Organised and able to plan efficiently
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Interest/experience in tech industry
* Manage a team member
* Experience running email marketing campaigns
* Play a key role in choosing which tactics best match our strategy and target audiences, translating the annual marketing strategy into day‑to‑day marketing campaigns.
* Work closely with our Tech Leads to generate relevant content for the audience.
* Continue to build a relevant audience across LinkedIn (and any other channels you’d suggest as relevant to generate inbound leads).
* Experience with LinkedIn and Google Ads for a B2B market.
* Develop content strategy across blogs, social media and email for both audiences.
* Manage, grow and engage with communities across our channels.
* Work closely with our partnerships team to make the most of our existing audience and to grow the hiring partners.
* Create dashboards to report on performance monthly.
* Owned and sponsored events are a big part of this role, you will be responsible for planning, organising and executing events across the calendar.
* Keep on top of emerging social media and industry trends and incorporate them as appropriate into our strategy.
