Overview
RECEPTIONIST / PA VACANCY MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8.30AM - 4PM.
Making a great first impression is key to us at the health hub which is why we need the right person to join our team. You will need to have both the confidence and empathy to provide excellent customer service to all our clients.
As our receptionist you'll need strong communication skills, both face to face and over the phone. You will need to be motivated, flexible and be able to work on your own initiative. Basic computer skills, including word and excel are a must.
Duties
Supporting the founder and assisting with her schedule and duties.
Exceptional and efficient customer service.
Support the smooth running of our reception and ensuring it is clean and tidy at all times.
Booking classes and therapy sessions using our in-house booking system.
Help us create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
Give a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way, making sure everyone feels valued.
Some support required to the cafe team with preparing and serving healthy and nutritional food and drinks.
Working with the therapy team to promote and understand their business.
Coordinate studio bookings with all teachers
* Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
* Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
* Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for both staff and clients.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks including document creation and email correspondence.
* Handle invoices and basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks as required.
* Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
* Previous office experience is essential; administrative experience is highly desirable.
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Demonstrated clerical experience with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills will be advantageous.

Pay: £25,500.00-£26,500.00 per year
