About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic primary school located in the Wavertree area of Liverpool. This school is seeking a nuturing and committed Teaching Assistant to join them on a full-time basis from 1st September 2026.
This role will be based in a Reception class and will involve supporting a pupil with ASD in the class. Experience with ASD is essential for this role. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30-3:30. Opportunities for permanent recruitment available for the successful candidate.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification is desirable; however, those with relevant school experience will also be considered.
* GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above for both) or equivalent Level 2.
* Current DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one through Connex.
* Experience in EYFS would be an advantage
* Experience working with SEN pupils, particularly ASD
