We are supporting their recruitment for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join their team and provide legal services to clients in relation to Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Clients. On offer is a highly competitive basic salary and hybrid working arrangements.Personal Injury Solicitor/Legal Executive main duties: Initial consultations and client triage where requiredAdvising and liaising with clients on personal injury mattersOngoing case managementClient relationship managementNegotiation on mattersNetworking and business development for commercial workflowsReviewing and managing WIP and client financing in relation to ongoing mattersTo produce all fees to meet monthly and year end targetsOutstanding debt collectionTo use DPS for all emails, letters, reports and correspondence and ensure other team members use it correctlyCompliance with Company standards and procedures.This position requires an individual with a proven record of accomplishment in organising their own personal workload and responsibilities; the ability to determine priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
