The Opportunity As Associate Director, you will play a key role in growing the North West presence, leading projects, developing client relationships, and helping shape the future direction of the office. You will: Lead major planning projects Manage appeals and HLS work Provide strategic planning advice Support and mentor junior staff Generate and convert new business opportunities Act as Expert Witness where appropriate About You You are likely to be: MRTPI qualified 10 years in private consultancy Commercially aware and client-facing Experienced in appeals / HLS work Comfortable leading projects independently Keen to step into a genuine leadership role What’s On Offer?
