An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join our Administrative Team.
The post holder will provide comprehensive admin support to the St Helens and Knowsley Leadership Team.
Successful applicants will be able to organise their own workload and co-ordinate workload activities within the team. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills.
There is a need to be able to work to tight deadlines and withstand the pressure of a busy department, and it is essential that you are able to work on your own initiative.
Some travel between sites is also required.
The post holder will be expected to work with minimal supervision. They will demonstrate flexibility and use their own initiative to carry out duties in a way that makes a positive contribution to the organisation, enabling the leadership team to utilise their time efficiently and effectively.
As an experienced Personal Assistant/Secretary, you will manage diaries of the leadership team and arrange internal and external meetings.
Taking comprehensive minutes is an integral part of the role; you must be competent in taking live minutes during meetings, preparing for meetings in advance, following up on outstanding actions, and producing reports.
It is essential that confidentiality be maintained at all times. The post holder must adhere to Trust Policies and Procedures.
