1. Handle inbound calls and direct messages to relevant departments
2. Maintain accurate records andplete essential paperwork
3. Schedule and coordinate meetings
4. Use various software systems to manage data and documentation
5. Ensurepliance with internal processes and procedures
6. Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and service standards
What You’ll Need to Succeed
7. Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar admin role
8. Strongmunication skills, both written and verbal
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
10. High attention to detail and accuracy
11. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
