3 SEN Teaching Assistants Needed – ARP, Saltburn-by-the-Sea
A friendly and inclusive school in Saltburn-by-the-Sea is looking for three dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join their Additional Resource Provision (ARP) team. Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (ARP)
Hours: Full-time/part-time options available (please specify)
About the Role:
* Provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs in the ARP
* Assist with delivering personalised learning activities
* Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development
* Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
* Help create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential)
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Commitment to helping all children reach their full potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
