Role Overview:
* Report directly to and collaborate with the leadership team to achieve performance targets.
* Manage diverse housing cases efficiently.
* Contribute to departmental training and development.
* Handle various housing cases, including homelessness, disrepair, eviction, and more.
* Prepare funding applications for the Legal Aid Agency.
* Draft documents, including witness statements, and manage evidence.
* Attend conferences and court proceedings.
* Showcase professionalism, excellent client care, and an interest in business development.
Key Requirements:
* 3+ years PQE in Housing and Litigation, including court representation.
* Ideally, experience as a Duty Advisor under the Housing Possession Court Duty Scheme.
* Knowledge of welfare rights and community care issues is advantageous.
* Must possess a valid Practicing Certificate.
* Strong management skills.
* Supervisory experience focusing on key performance indicators.
* Proactive and professional with excellent client care skills.
* Networking and communication skills to contribute to firm growth.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management.
* Previous legal sector experience is preferred.
* Ability to manage social media for company promotion.
