We are currently looking to recruit a Head of Leisure who will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth in a market with an addressable market size of £33m.
What’s the role?
As Head of leisure, you will be able to guide marketing efforts to really succeed in this visual market, with REGUPOL being our main product range. Managing key accounts including but not limited to, main contractors, gym chains, Sport England funded or local authority leisure projects, cinema, restaurant, bowling chains, theatre companies, MOD & major hotel chains. This role requires strategic vision, technical expertise and strong relationship management skills to expand market presence and support the company’s growth strategy.
What you’ll bring:
* Proven track record of managing key leisure accounts at all levels and driving revenue and gross profit growth.
* In depth knowledge and relationships with key stakeholders in the leisure industry.
* Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to develop strategic plans and execute effectively
* General technical proficiency of the products within a leisure facility of various types.
* Experienced in managing a team and influencing wider team stakeholders to deliver agreed targets.
* Knowledge of the concepts within the construction process and applications with a proven track record of collaborating with all elements of the construction supply chain.
