About Us
Hairco & Beauty is a fast-growing, trade-focused hair and beauty business serving professional salons across the UK. We're known for being commercial, straight-talking, and obsessed with value, speed, and results.
This is not a slow corporate brand. Hairco moves quickly, tests constantly, and focuses on what actually converts. Marketing here is hands-on, performance-driven, and closely tied to revenue, not just aesthetics.
If you want to understand how digital marketing really works in a growing e-commerce business, this role puts you right in the middle of it.
About the Role
This is a hands-on digital marketing role for someone early in their career who wants real responsibility and exposure to how a high-volume online business operates.
The role is creative, but commercially minded. You'll be creating content, supporting campaigns, and learning how social, email, SEO, and paid activity all feed into sales.
You won't just be "posting for the sake of it" – you'll learn why things work, how performance is measured, and how marketing decisions affect revenue.
What You'll Be Doing
* Creating social media content using Canva and CapCut
* Supporting day-to-day social media activity across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
* Assisting with campaign planning around promotions, launches, and offers
* Writing SEO-led blog content to support organic growth
* Creating email and SMS copy for promotions, updates and launches
* Reviewing performance data (social, email, website) and helping optimise content
* Supporting wider SEO, analytics and digital marketing activity
* Helping maintain a consistent, recognisable Hairco brand voice
* Managing tasks and projects from idea through to execution
* Working closely with the wider team to support sales and growth activity
You'll be given responsibility early, with support and feedback as you develop.
