Our Production Operatives will be responsible for:
* Correctly and effectively carrying out the required functions, once trained to do so, in the cutting hall
* General operative duties on the line as required
* Ensuring that all areas of training in basic food hygiene, health and safety and product quality are adhered to
* Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and presentation during working hours
* Keeping the working area clean and tidy
The successful candidate will:
* Have the ability to meet targets i.e. productivity, quality hygiene and waste
* Work as part of a team and effectively communicate with all colleagues and Management staff
* Be thorough and methodical
* Be self-motivated
* Maintain high personal standards
* Be comfortable working with raw meat in a chilled and pressurised environment
