About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused D365 CE Support Consultant to join our team. You’ll be responsible for providing functional support across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, ensuring users receive timely and effective assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.)
* Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, escalating technical problems when necessary
* Assist with system configuration, data management, and user training
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operation of the platform
* Document support cases, resolutions, and contribute to knowledge base articles
* Support testing and deployment of updates and new features
Requirements:
* Proven experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or CRM systems
* Strong understanding of CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests
* Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus
* Microsoft certifications are desirable but not essential
