Design and Technology Teacher – Product Design – Northampton Area
Are you a passionate Product Design specialist with a flair for innovation and creativity? Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Product Design teacher to work in secondary schools across Northampton.

As a Product Design teacher, you will be responsible for delivering KS3 and KS4 curriculum content, with the possibility of supporting A-level students depending on the placement. You should have a strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and sustainability, and the ability to teach CAD/CAM with confidence. Experience with software such as Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar will be a significant advantage.
This role is ideal for both experienced teachers and ECTs with a strong specialism in Product Design. We offer flexible roles including full-time, part-time, and long-term supply options, and our consultants work hard to match your expertise with the right school environment.
Requirements:
* UK QTS or equivalent
* Specialism in Product Design or relevant DT qualification
* A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
