The Plumbing Curriculum Team Leader will need to have:
* A recognised teaching & assessor qualification would be desirable, having either one qualification acceptable
* A strong understanding of the construction industry, including current trends, legislation, and best practice
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from a range of backgrounds
* Plumbing professional needed to work closely with the Plumbing curriculum manager to help plan, monitor, manage and evaluate the curriculum
* Cert Ed/PGCE or relevant teaching/training qualification
* Degree or equivalent qualification
* Appropriate Level 3 subject specialism
* A1 or TAQA verifier award
* The CTL job carries a teaching commitment of 19 hours per week
