Aspire People are working closely with a well-regarded secondary school in Monmouthshire to recruit a dedicated Maths Teacher for a long-term placement starting in September. The role:
Teaching Maths across Key Stages (KS3-KS4, with KS5 desirable but not essential)
Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
Assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback
Maintaining strong classroom behaviour and positive learning environments
Working collaboratively with the Maths department and wider school team
The successful candidate will:
Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Have recent experience teaching Maths in a UK secondary school
Be confident in behaviour management and classroom organisation
Be reliable, professional, and committed to pupil progress
Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS registered on the update service
