Facilities Manager To manage and maintain all aspects of facilities management across an allocated portfolio, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high service standards.
Skills & Requirements
* Minimum three years’ experience in Facilities Management / Property Management
* Experience of SERVICE CHARGES
* Understanding of health and safety compliance systems
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Excellent communication and administrative skills
* Professional, polite, and presentable manner
Facilities Management
1. Attend client meetings, prepare reports, and provide informed commentary on facilities matters
2. Ensure reactive and routine repairs are logged and managed effectively in the CAFM system (e.g., Elogbooks), assigning approved contractors as required
3. Monitor and track works, ensuring tenants and residents are kept informed of progress
