We're looking for a Marketing Manager who will keep campaigns on track, organise people and keep momentum high. This is a hands-on manager's role where you'll take ownership of day-to-day marketing delivery, build on what already works, and introduce smarter, more effective ways of doing things as you go.

You'll be doing this for CODE, a student accommodation provider who goes that bit further — we design, build, rent and manage exceptional student living spaces while also providing superb customer welfare and care. With a strong portfolio, with 100% occupancy since launching across Leicester and Coventry and expansion plans across the UK, this is an exciting time to join us.
The Role:
As Marketing Manager, you'll take the existing strategy and use it to drive marketing activity across the website, social media and events.
Working closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing, you'll turn the strategy into clear, monthly marketing plans — keeping the team focused, organised and moving forward.
You'll be responsible for:
* Planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Leading, supporting and developing junior team members
* Keeping projects on track in a fast-paced environment
* Using data and insight to improve performance and ROI
* Continuously reviewing and improving the customer journey
