Role Summary
They are now seeking a seasoned Head of Operations to lead global supply chain and logistics across D2C, B2B, and Private Label businesses. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency, customer satisfaction, and long-term scalability, while managing 3PL partnerships in the UK and US, supplier networks, warehouse budgeting, and global freight budgets.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations across the UK and US
• Manage 3PL warehouses and supplier relationships, ensuring service excellence and scalability.
• Own freight and warehouse budgets, driving cost efficiency while improving OTIF delivery performance.
• Optimize inventory planning, demand forecasting, and warehouse utilization to achieve business goals.
• Drive process excellence through Lean, technology adoption (WMS/TMS, automation), and integration across functions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, ensuring operations align with growth priorities.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams across multiple geographies.
