They work with law firms across England, helping them utilise government funding (Levy & Co-investment) for programmes like Paralegal, Solicitor (SQE), CILEX, Conveyancing, etc. About The Role As Business Development Executive you will join a sales team and be tasked with bringing in new business. The primary objective is to proactively generate sales of government-funded legal apprenticeship programmes to law firms and other legal organisations. It involves the full sales cycle, from high-volume outbound prospecting to closing deals and hitting targets. What You Need to Succeed * Proven Apprenticeship Sales Experience (Preferred): You will have demonstrably succeeded in selling government-funded apprenticeships previously. You will understand ESFA funding rules (Levy / Co-investment) compliance nuances, the specific sales cycle, common client objections related to apprenticeships, and how to navigate funding discussions. * Legal sector apprenticeship experience would be ideal, however experience selling any Government funded apprenticeship is highly valuable. * If you don't have specific apprenticeships experience, a minimum of 2yrs B2B sales experience is required.
