Role Details
As an Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication. There may be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, with an additional £60 per sleep-in if this is required.
Martello Road (Shaftesbury South East)
Shaftesbury South East provides person-centred care and support, enabling adults with intellectual and physical disabilities to live as independently as possible. In the Eastbourne area, we offer independent living tenancy in shared houses with some communal space, and we support customers in their own homes.
