2nd Line Engineer – Cheltenham
We are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Engineer to join our high performing IT team at TipTopJob, based in Cheltenham. The role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 – £35,000 and the opportunity to act as a team supervisor for a team of 1st Line Engineers.
Responsibilities
* Lead the service desk in the absence of the Service Desk manager
* Perform Office 365 and support administration tasks
* Administer DNS and DHCP services
* Configure and support routers, switches and wireless networking
* Provide SharePoint, Azure, Teams and Intune support
* Manage Outlook and email support
* Troubleshoot and resolve incidents
* Participate in live infrastructure projects while working on a busy IT service desk
