Job Description The Fuel (incl. EV and Tolls) Finance department has an opportunity within the Financial Operations team for a Financial Operations Assistant to oversee an area of the group’s operational and invoicing processes. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the department run smoothly by ensuring that systems and processes are used effectively to maximise efficiency, with an ongoing focus on continuous development. The Financial Operations team have a key focus on customer facing outputs which maintain the flow of revenue into the business. This role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to plan and prioritise a busy workload in order to meet challenging deadlines. Key responsibilities include: Process accurate, on-time invoicing across our EV business. Record and maintain accurate contract information and subscription information. Convert sales orders into invoices and capture all revenue. Manage Direct Debit collections and reimbursement payments. Support monthly and annual subscription billing cycles. Collaborate with EV Operations, Credit and Finance teams to resolve queries. Generate insightful billing & KPI reporting. Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional projects.
