Flk Recruitment are working with a well-known Yorkshire business to find an Interim Regional HR Business Partner. Within the role you will:
Partner with the Head of HR to help shape the HR strategy for a specific business area.
Engage in a balanced mix of strategic and operational HR tasks, providing a stimulating and varied work environment.
Work alongside and influence key stakeholders, developing people-focused solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.
While the role primarily covers sites across the North of England, occasional travel further afield offers a change of scenery and networking opportunities
Partner with key stakeholders to support and develop HR solutions.
Manage employee relations, performance management, D&I initiatives, employee engagement, and Learning & Development.
Build effective relationships and provide proactive, well-thought-out people solutions.
As the ideal candidate you will:
Have proven experience as a Regional HR Business Partner in a multi-site, fast-paced environment
Be a true generalist with a comprehensive understanding of all elements of HR ER, Performance, D&I, Development, OD and Change Management.
Have a track record in building effective stakeholder relationships with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
