* Implement training programmes for new staff members to enhance their culinary experience.
* Foster a positive team environment through effective team management and leadership practices.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant setting.
Experience
* Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
* Previous supervisory or management experience is highly desirable.
* Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
* Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is required.
* Experience in team management, demonstrating effective leadership abilities.
